Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) for gelatin nanoparticles

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L)
Sodium chloride (NaCl) 8 g
Potassium chloride (KCl) 0.2 g
Sodium phosphate (dibasic) (Na2HPO4) 1.44 g
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (monobasic) (KH2PO4) 0.24 g
To prepare 1 L of PBS, dissolve the above ingredients in 900 mL of H2O. Adjust the pH to 7.4 and make up the volume to 1 L with H2O.
