Basic fibroblast growth factor solution

Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) (GIBCO 13256029)

BSA solution (0.1%)

To prepare a 10 ng/μL solution, add 1 mL of 0.1% BSA solution to 10 μg of bFGF. Freeze at −20°C in 50-μL aliquots.
