Terrific Broth culture medium

Ampicillin (10% stock solution)

KPi (potassium phosphate)

Terrific Broth (TB)

Combine 900 mL of TB and 100 mL of KPi. Just before use, add 10% ampicillin to a final concentration of 100 ng/mL.
