Trypsin-DNase solution

2 g trypsin (Worthington LS003667)

200 mL HHGN dissection solution

10 mL DNase (2 mg/mL)

Combine above reagents and adjust pH to 7.4 with NaOH. Filter-sterilize and divide into 5-mL aliquots. Store aliquots at −80°C.
