Bacterial lysis buffer
50 mM Tris (pH 8.0)
Phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF)
Add the protease inhibitors aprotinin, leupeptin, and pepstatin to a final concentration of 1 μg/mL, and PMSF to a final concentration of 1 mM immediately prior to use. Store the lysis buffer at 4°C.
