NaBH₄ (sodium borohydride)

Allow the solution to stand in the refrigerator for at least 48 h before using it. The concentration of NaBH₄ used depends on the incubation time and temperature. Use 100 mM NaBH₄ when incubating for 4 h at 20°C-23°C. Use 50 mM NaBH₄ when incubating overnight at 4°C.
