Fluorescein diacetate (FDA) staining solution

Acetone

Fluorescein diacetate (FDA)

Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) or H2O

Prepare a 5 mg/mL FDA stock solution in acetone. Dilute the stock solution ~1:100 in either H2O or PBS.
