Protoplasting solution

500 mM mannitol

10 mM CaCl2

5 mM MES (2-[N-morpholino]ethanesulfonic acid)/KOH (pH 5.6)

3% Cellulase-Onozuka (Duchefa Biochemie)

0.75% Mazerozyme (Duchefa Biochemie)

Sterilize by filtration, aliquot, and store at −20°C.
