Mountant

1,4-diazabicyclo-[2,2,2]-octane (DABCO)

Glycerol

Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)

Dissolve 1.25 g of DABCO crystals in 15 mL of PBS. Add 35 mL of glycerol. Mix on a rocking platform until the solution is homogeneous. Store at -20°C.
