tRNA stock (50X)

tRNA

RO-H2O (RNase-free H2O that has been purified by reverse osmosis [18 MΩ])

For a 50X stock solution, add 200 mg of tRNA to 20 mL of RO-H2O and rotate overnight at 55ºC-65ºC. Divide into 1-mL aliquots and store at −20ºC.
