Paraformaldehyde for SISH

8 g paraformaldehyde

200 mL phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) for SISH (RNase-free)

Dissolve the paraformaldehyde in PBS for SISH by rotating at 65ºC until dissolved. Prepare fresh for each experiment, and keep on ice until ready to use. The final concentration of the solution is 4% w/v.
