SB medium

30 g tryptone

20 g yeast extract

10 g MOPS (3-[N-morpholino]-propanesulfonic acid)

Bring to 1 L total volume with H2O, stir until dissolved, and titrate to pH 7. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi on liquid cycle for 20 min at 121°C.
