PEG/NaCl (5X)

200 g PEG-8000 (polyethylene glycol; Sigma)

150 g NaCl

Bring to 1 L total volume with H2O and stir until dissolved. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 20 min at 15 psi on liquid cycle.
