100 mM KCH3COOH

30 mM KCl

1 mM MgCl2

1 mM Na2ATP

10 mM Na2PO4

Adjust pH to 7.4 with 100 mM KH2PO4 if necessary, and add protease and nuclease inhibitors as required.
