Trypsin solution (5%, w/v)
Trypsin, 1:250 (Becton Dickinson, Difco 215240)
Add 5 g trypsin to 100 mL sterile H2O. Refrigerate. Swirl the solution periodically until all of the powder has dissolved. Aliquot the solution into plastic vials (1 mL/vial) and freeze.
