Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), cell culture grade (Sigma D8418)

• 1. Inject the DMSO through the rubber stopper of the vial to attain a final concentration of cytochalasin B of 5 mg/mL.

• 2. Shake until solute is fully dissolved.

• 3. Draw out the liquid using a syringe.

• 4. Store at -20°C.
