Isopropanol

Phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) (Thermo Scientific [Pierce] 36978)

N_α-Tosyl-L-lysine chloromethyl ketone hydrochloride (TLCK) (Sigma [Fluka] 90182)

N-p-Tosyl-L-phenylalanine chloromethyl ketone (TPCK) (Sigma T4376)

• 1. Dissolve 0.107 g of TLCK and 0.107 g of TPCK in 3.33 mL of DMSO.

• 2. Dissolve 0.235 g of PMSF in 6.67 mL of isopropanol.

• 3. Combine the solutions. Mix well.

• 4. Store at -20°C.
