DMEM (Gibco)

10% fetal bovine serum (Hyclone Labs)

2 mM L-glutamine

1 mM sodium pyruvate

0.1 mM nonessential amino acids

1% penicillin/streptomycin (Invitrogen)

Filter the medium with a 0.2-μm bottle filter.
