PBST-DEPC

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
PBS for lamprey embryos (10X) 100 mL 1X
Diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC) 1 mL 0.1%
Tween 20 1 mL 0.1%
H2O to 1 L
Stir at room temperature for 1 h. Autoclave for 1 h to remove the DEPC. Add Tween 20 after autoclaving. Store for months to years at room temperature.
