Reagent Quantity (for 200 mL) Final concentration
DAPI (4′,6-diamidine-2′-phenylindole dihydrochloride) (1 mg/mL in H2O) 200 μL 1 μg/mL
Glycerol solution (50%) 200 mL
Store in the dark at 4°C.
