BCIP/NBT solution

Reagent Quantity (for 1 mL) Final concentration
BCIP (5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-phosphate)
Prepare 50 mg/mL stock in 70% DMF (dimethylformamide). 		3.5 μL 0.175 mg/mL
NBT (4-nitro blue tetrazolium chloride)
Prepare 50 mg/mL stock in 70% DMF. 		4.5 μL 0.225 mg/mL
AP reaction buffer for Parhyale 1 mL 1X
The BCIP and NBT stocks will last indefinitely when stored at 4°C or -20°C. Mix the reagents just before use and store in the dark.
