M9 salt solution

70 g Na2HPO4•7H2O

30 g KH2PO4

5 g NaCl

10 g NH4Cl

For a 10X solution, dissolve the ingredients in 1 L of H2O.

Sterilize the solution by autoclaving and dilute it to 1X with H2O prior to use.
