Add filter-sterilized (0.2-μm) antibiotics: 300 mg/L carbenicillin (to kill Agrobacterium LBA4404) 40 mg/L kanamycin (to select for positive transformants)

| Pour ~20 mL of medium per dish into Petri dishes and store at 4°C. Medium is good for 1 mo. |
