Recipe

In situ salt solution (10X)

Reagent Amount to add (for 100 mL) Final concentration
5 M NaCl 60 mL 60%
1 M Tris-Cl (pH 6.5) 10 mL 10%
0.5 M EDTA (pH 8.0) 10 mL 10%
NaH2PO4•2H2O 7.8 g 7.8%
Na2HPO4 7.1g 7.1%
H2O (RNase-free) to 100 mL
All reagents should be RNase-free. Dissolve reagents by stirring vigorously at room temperature. Autoclave and aliquot in 500-μL volumes in 2-mL RNase-free microcentrifuge tubes. Store aliquots at −20°C.
