MS medium for node cuttings

Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium (Sigma-Aldrich)

2% sucrose

20 mg/L cysteine

0.5 mg/L kinetin

For solid medium, supplement with 0.6% (w/v) agar. For liquid medium, omit the agar.
