DTT (dithiothreitol) 1 M 0.2 μL
Reverse transcriptase (Promega) 200 units/μL 0.3 μL
Reverse transcriptase buffer (10X) 10X 2 μL
RNasin 0.3 μL
H2O to a total of 10 μL
Prepare as a batch mix for multiple reactions.
