Trypsin solution for antigen retrieval

Reagent Quantity (for 20 mL) Final concentration
Trypsin 0.02 g 0.1%
CaCl2 0.02 g 0.1%
TBS for immunohistochemistry (10X), diluted to 1X 20 mL
Dissolve trypsin and CaCl2 in TBS, pH 7.8. Aliquot and store at −20°C for up to 2 yr. Prewarm to 37°C before use.
