Sodium citrate buffer

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
Trisodium citrate (dehydrate) 2.94 g 10 mM
H2O 1 L
Dissolve trisodium citrate in H2O and adjust the pH to 6.0 with 1 N HCl. Store at room temperature for 3 mo or at 4°C for 6 mo.
