Proteinase K stock solution (20X)

Reagent Quantity (for 20 mL) Final concentration
Proteinase K 8 mg 400 μg/mL
TE buffer for PK 10 mL
Glycerol 10 mL 50%
Dissolve proteinase K in TE buffer for PK. Add glycerol and mix well. Aliquot and store at −20°C for 2-3 yr.
