LB-kanamycin agar plates

Kanamycin, filter-sterilized (50 mg/mL stock)

LB agar

Autoclave 1 L of LB agar. Cool to 55°C. Add 1 mL of the kanamycin stock (i.e., 50 mg). Pour into Petri dishes (~25 mL per 100-mm plate).
