Recipe

Tris-EDTA (10 mM), DEPC-treated

Reagent Quantity (for 100 mL) Final concentration
Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 7.5) 1 mL 10 mM
EDTA (0.5 M, pH 8) 2 mL 10 mM
H2O to 100 mL
DEPC 0.1 mL
Sterilize the solution and deactivate DEPC by autoclaving for 20 min on liquid cycle. Store at room temperature.
