TBST for in situ hybridization

Reagent Quantity (100 mL) Final concentration
Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 7.5) 2.5 mL 25 mM
NaCl (5 M) 2.8 mL 140 mM
KCl (1 M) 270 μL 2.7 mM
Tween 20 100 μL 0.1%
Adjust the volume to 100 mL with H2O. Dispense into aliquots and sterilize the solution by autoclaving for 20 min on liquid cycle. Store at room temperature.
