100 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.0)

20 mM EDTA (pH 8.0)

1.4 M NaCl

2% (w/v) CTAB (cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide)

1% PVP 40,000 (polyvinyl pyrrolidone)

After autoclaving, store at room temperature.
