EB extraction buffer

100 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.0)

50 mM EDTA (pH 8.0)

500 mM NaCl

10 mM β-mercaptoethanol

Add β-mercaptoethanol just before use: 7.2 μL/10 mL.
