Topoisomerase I buffer (10X)

Bovine serum albumin (0.5 mg/mL)

DTT (dithiothreitol) (5 mM)

EDTA (1 mM)

MgCl2 (100 mM)

Tris-Cl (0.5 M, pH 7.5)

Store in aliquots of 0.1-1 mL for up to 2 yr at -20°C.
