Standard external saline

2 mm CaCl2

20 mm glucose

2.5 mm KCl

1 mm MgCl2

125 mm NaCl

26 mm NaHCO3

1.25 mm NaH2PO4

Aerate with 95% O2 and 5% CO2. The pH is ~7.3 at 21°C.
