Hybridization solution for Polypterus

Reagent Quantity (for 10 mL) Final concentration
Formamide 5 mL 50%
SSC (20X) 2.5 mL 5X
Denhardt’s reagent (50X) 200 μL 1X
EDTA (0.5 M, pH 8.0) 100 μL 5 mM
Tween 20 (10%) 100 μL 0.1%
CHAPS (10%) 100 μL 0.1%
Heparin (10 mg/mL) 100 μL 100 μg/mL
tRNA (10 mg/mL) 100 μL 100 μg/mL
Adjust the final volume to 10 mL with DEPC-H2O.
