Prehybridization buffer (PreHB)

Reagent Quantity (for 100 mL) Final concentration
Formamide (deionized) 50 mL 50% (v/v)
SSC (20X, pH 5.0) 25 mL 5X
Tween 20 20 μL 0.02% (v/v)
Adjust the final volume to 100 mL with diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC)-treated H2O. Adjust the pH to 5.5 with HCl.
