Staining buffer (SBB)

Reagent Quantity (for 100 mL) Final concentration
Tris-Cl (1 M, pH 9.5) 10 mL 100 mM
NaCl (100 mM) 100 μL 0.1 mM
Tween 20 100 μL 0.1% (v/v)
Adjust the final volume to 100 mL with H2O. Prepare fresh for each use from stock solutions.
