PBS for Polypterus (10X)

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
NaCl 80 g 1.37 M
KCl 2 g 27 mM
Na2HPO4 11.5 g 81 mM
KH2PO4 2 g 14.7 mM
Adjust the final volume to 1 L with H2O. Adjust the pH to 7.0 with 1 N HCl.
Add 1 mL of DEPC (diethyl pyrocarbonate), stir overnight and sterilize by autoclaving.
