METHOD
-
1. Bring 200 mL of H2O to 60°C.

2. Add 0.4 g of gelatin and cool to 40°C.

3. Add 0.04 g of chrome alum.

4. Add sodium azide to 1 mM.
-
5. Add poly-L-lysine to 1 mg/mL.
-
6. Put the subbing solution in a Coplin jar and store it at 4°C.
