| Prepare 0.1-M stock solutions of each component except for the sodium succinate dibasic hexahydrate and uracil by dissolving the appropriate amount of compound in 50 mL of ultrapure
H2O and filter-sterilizing. (Sodium succinate dibasic hexahydrate and uracil do not dissolve readily in 50 mL.)

| To prepare the cocktail, combine 10 mL of each stock solution with 20 mL of ultrapure H2O (total volume = 180 mL). Add the sodium succinate dibasic hexahydrate and uracil as powders. Stir to dissolve, and filter-sterilize.

| The cocktail is used to supplement yeast metabolic footprinting (YMF) medium at a ratio of 9 mL cocktail to 41 mL medium,
such that each component of the cocktail is at a final concentration of 1 mM.
