Antibiotic stock solution

Reagent Quantity (for 10 mL) Final concentration
Penicillin 0.5 g 50 mg/mL
Streptomycin (sulfate form) 1 g 100 mg/mL
Dissolve antibiotics in 10 mL of H2O. Dispense this stock solution into 1-mL aliquots and store at −20°C.
