Blocking reagent (2%)

Reagent Quantity (for 50 mL) Final concentration
Blocking reagent (10%) 10 mL 2% (w/v)
MAB (5X) 10 mL 1X
Tween 20 (10%) 0.5 mL 0.1% (v/v)
Mix the reagents and add H2O to give a final volume of 50 mL. Filter through a 0.45-μm filter, dispense the solution into 10-mL aliquots, and store at −20°C.
