Anti-DIG-AP solution

Reagent Quantity (for 6 mL) Final concentration
Blocking buffer (A) 6 mL
Anti-Digoxigenin-AP (anti-DIG-AP; Roche Applied Science) 2 μL 1:3000
Heat the blocking buffer (A) to 70°C, vortex frequently, and then filter through a 0.45-μm filter. After it cools down, add the anti-DIG-AP. Dispense the solution into 1-mL aliquots and store at −80°C.
