Marc’s modified Ringer’s (MMR) (10X, pH 7.4)

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration (10X)
NaCl 58.440 g 1 M
KCl 1.491 g 20 mM
MgSO4 1.204 g 10 mM
CaCl2, dihydrate 2.940 g 20 mM
HEPES 11.915 g 50 mM
H2O to 1 L
Adjust the pH to 7.4 using 10 M NaOH. Sterilize by autoclaving. Store at room temperature indefinitely.
