Methylene blue/azure II staining solution

Azure II stock solution (1%, prepared in water)

Methylene blue stock solution

Mix the azure II stock solution 1:1 with the methylene blue stock. Filter before use.

The mixture is stable for several months.

The Azure II stock solution is stable for up to 12 mo at room temperature.
