NTMT for rabbit

Reagent Amount to add (for 400 mL) Final concentration
Levamisole (1 M) 0.8 mL 2 mM
MgCl2 (1 M) 20 mL 50 mM
NaCl (5 M) 8 mL 100 mM
Tris-Cl (1 M) 40 mL 100 mM
Tween 20 0.4 mL 0.1%
DEPC-H2O to 400 mL
Add all reagents to ~300 mL DEPC-H2O. Mix. Adjust the volume to 400 mL with DEPC-H2O. Store NTMT for no more than several days at room temperature.
