PBT for rabbit
METHOD

1. Dilute the 10X DEPC-PBS to 1X with DEPC-H2O.

2. Add 1 mL of Tween 20 to 999 mL of 1X DEPC-PBS.

3. Mix until the Tween 20 is completely dissolved.

4. Store at room temperature for up to 12 mo.
The final concentration of Tween 20 is 0.1%.
