PBS (10X stock; pH 7.0)

Reagent Amount to add (for 1L) Final (10X) concentration
NaCl 74 g 1.27 M
Na2HPO4•7H2O 18.78 g 70 mM
NaH2PO4•H2O 4.15 g 30 mM
Dissolve the components in <1 L of H2O. Adjust pH to 7.0 with NaOH if necessary. Adjust the volume to 1 L with H2O.
